Cappuccino To Go was founded in May of 1996 with only a few dispensed accounts and a core philosophy, to treat people the way we wished to be treated, with the utmost honesty and respect.  Today, although we are larger, we are working to maintain our small business culture of friendly service, and mutually beneficial partnerships that provide high value, profitability, and premium products and services to our customers.  As business partners, we are committed to treating our customers and vendors with respect, honesty and promptness.

In 2004 Cappuccino To Go added the Mahogany Coffee Traders® line of specialty coffees.  These coffees are designed to provide a line of specialty coffee in convenient locations that provide value to the customers and profits to the operators.  All of our specialty grade Arabica beans are carefully selected by our master roaster then roasted and packed in Sacramento, California.  We roast in small batches and use the latest Agtron technology to ensure freshness and consistency.  Mahogany Coffee Traders allows our operators to provide, "Coffee House Coffee, Conveniently."

2006 saw the addition of premium quality allied products that would allow us to better serve the coffee house, restaurant and hospitality markets.  Monin syrups, Mont Blanc sauces, Insulair cups, and Caffe D'Amore blender smoothies were added to our line card to provide a full range of products and services to our customers.
