Food items are not returnable. 
For product damaged in transit or found defective:
ExpressJava will at our sole discretion either replace damaged product or credit the customer account for the purchase price of the damaged product.  ALL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO EXPRESSJAVA either by e-mail, or telephone NOT MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.  UPS tracking records and proof of delivery will be used to determine the date of delivery.  Damage reported more than 10 days from the date of the delivery will not be credited or replaced. While every effort is made to provide our customers with the longest shelf life possible, it is ExpressJava's policy to provide a minimum of 30 days to the Sell By Date indicated by the manufacturer.  30 days is calculated from the estimated arrival of the product at the customer's location.  The 30 day minimum applies only to product sold at full price.  ExpressJava will from time to time provide discounts on product with less than 30 days to the Sell By Date in order to clearance the product inventory.  If you purchase product on sale be aware that the product is short date.  The Sell By Date for product on sale will be listed in the item description.  PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON FOOD ITEMS.
ExpressJava will charge a flat $8.00 handing fee for all orders.  Product prices now include shipping by UPS Ground.  Other shipping options are not currently available for web orders.
All packages will be shipped by UPS Ground.  We are located in California shipping to most of the West Coast takes 1-2 business days.  Shipping to the Mid-West takes 2-3 business days and shipping to the East Coast or very remote areas take up to 6 business days.  Business days are Monday through Friday and specifically exclude weekends and holidays.  Once the product leaves our facilities, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier and ExpressJava is not responsible for any losses or inconvenience that arise from delayed delivery of any package.  Should you believe that a package is unreasonably delayed or lost, please contact us at 888-227-8646 and we will gladly assist you to locate the package.  You may also e-mail us at tboland@expressjava.com.
ExpressJava makes every effort to ship orders in a timely manner.  Order received before 10am pst. are generally shipped same the same day.  All other orders ship the next business day.  If you order at 2pm on Friday, you order will not ship until Monday.
