This guarantee extends to all Cappuccino To Go customers who are using dispensers that have been placed by or purchased through Cappuccino To Go.

Cappuccino To Go will contact you within 24 hours of your message left on our dedicated service line to troubleshoot. Many service-related issues are resolved in minutes with our expert telephone support. Should the problem remain unresolved, we will promptly dispatch a service representative to repair the problem.

24 hours applies Monday through Friday and begins at the time you place your message on the Cappuccino To Go Service Hotline.

To qualify for Free service, you must use Cappuccino To Go’s products exclusively and meet the contracted monthly minimum. Competitive product use, or average usage of less than the published minimums will result in service charges athe then current rates.   Our current rates (updated 4.1.7 and subject to change without notice) are $65 per hour and 65 cents per mile round trip.  A one hour minimum applies.  Please note that competitive product use in Cappuccino To Go owned equipment is prohibited and may result in the removal of equipment from account without prior notice.
